The Uncapped Express service is best suited to users that require unrestricted but affordable ADSL access. People who don't want to be restrained by monthly downloading caps.
To use this account you must have an ADSL line and an ADSL router/modem.
A 10 day rolling threshold applies to this account - This means when you use more than the threshold amount during a 10 day period, your line speed will be lowered but not disconnected.
This restriction only applies on weekdays from 8am to 8pm.
You will still have the FULL line speed(max of 4Mb/s) after 8pm on weekdays and the weekend. This means that if you have a 4Mb/s line, you will get 4Mb/s speed, even if you only have a 384Kbps account!
After hour usage still counts to your daytime 10 Day Rolling Threshold. So if you used more than your 10 Day Rolling Threshold then your speed will be throttled during the day time until your usage falls within the 10 Day Rolling Threshold. Refer to the table below for threshold and speed limits. This threshold will not reset on the 1st of the month.

You receive your bandwidth requested at the beginning of each month. If you use it all up you have the ability to "top-up" online at any time or by calling our support centre 24 / 7.
If you do not use all of your bandwidth, the remaining bandwidth does not carry over to next month.

You pay for your bandwidth and then have 12 months to use it. It is not cancelled at the end of the month. You can "top-up" your account at any time with more Prepaid bandwidth.

ADSL PREpaid Accounts - Do you like to purchase bandwidth in bulk? Do you not like losing the bandwidth you don't use up in the month? Then the Axxess DSL PREpaid Account is for you.
You pay once-off for the account (I.E. a 1GB PREpaid account is R69.00 for the whole GB. - Not monthly). You have 12 months to use up the 1GB of bandwidth. And you can top-up your account with more PREpaid bandwidth at any time, if your bandwidth is running out.
All AXXESS ADSL international bandwidth is supplied via fibre optic links on the undersea Seacom cable and not via Satellite like some other ISP's. This gives you a FASTER surfing experience without all the latency.
Plus there is no need to add fancy proxy settings or any other 3rd party software. Just add our Axxess username and password to your router and you are ready to go.
